    12 lg. cabbage leaves
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. fat free milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    3/4 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 c. cooked rice
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 T. brown sugar
    1 T. lemon juice
    1 t. Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    Immerse cabbage leaves in boiling water
    for about 3 min. or until limp. Drain.
    Combine egg, milk, onions, salt, pepper,
    beef, and rice. Place about 1/4 c. meat
    mixture in center of each leaf. Fold in sides
    and roll ends over meat. Place in crock pot.
    Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon
    juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over
    cabbage rolls. Cover; cook on low 7 to 9
    hours. Makes 6 servings.
