1# hamburger
1 sm onion - diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Biscuit dough
Recipe
Brown hamburger with diced onion, Drain.
Add ½ can mushroom soup.
Roll out biscuit dough.
Spread on hamburger mixture and roll up. (like cinnamon
rolls)
Slice 1 1/2'" wide and place in loaf cake pan.
Add milk to left over soup and pour over rolls.
Bake in 425 oven for 25 min or until brown
Biscuit Dough
2 C flour
1 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Baking powder
¼ C shortening
¾ C Milk
Cut shortening into flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in milk so dough leaves side of bowl. Turn
Dough onto lightly floured surface. Knead 20 to 25
Times. Roll out to thickness of pie dough.
Variations: Cream of Celery soup, Golden Mushroom,
Green Peppers, or Grated Cheese.
Any cream soup will work.
