Frankfurter and Potato Goulash

2 bacon slices, diced
1 cup coarsely chopped onions
6 cups diced raw potatoes
1 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound frankfurters, cut into chunks
Recipe
In kettle or Dutch oven, fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon.
Add onions to bacon grease; cook until tender and golden. Add
the rest of the ingredients, and the bacon. Cover; simmer 25
minutes, or until potatoes are tender; mix well and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
