1 1/2 cups vegetables: mixed vegetables peas,
zuchinni,
potatoes, cabbage, squash, green beans or
broccoli
1 1/2 cups meat fish, hard-cooked
eggs, beans or legumes (1 1/2 to 2)
1 1/2 cups cheese or white sauce cream of mushroom,
cheese, celery soups, evaporated milk,
tomato soup or sauce, or shredded cheese
plus milk (1 1/2 to 2)
1 cups bread rice, bulgar or
pasta (1 to 1 1/2)
Seasonings to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Lightly spray casserole with nonstick spray. Combine all ingredients
above in a large bowl. Add seasonings such as sauteed garlic or onion,
salt, pepper, paprika, or whatever you like.
Top with bread crumbs or grated cheese. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer to brown topping. Serves 6 to 8 at a
good guess
