    2 egg yolks
    1 3/4 cups sugar
    16 ounces cream cheese -- softened
    40 slices bread
    1 pound margarine -- melted
    4 teaspoons cinnamon

    Recipe



    Beat egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar together; stir in cream cheese until
    smooth. Trim crusts from bread; flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
    Spread cream cheese mixture on a slice of bread; top with another slice
    to
    make a sandwich. Cut into quarters lengthwise into 4 logs. Melt
    margarine.
    Mix cinnamon and remaining 1 1/4 cups sugar in a bowl. Dip each log in
    melted margarine, and then in cinnamon sugar. Place on rimmed cookie
    sheets.
    Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Makes 80 to 100 logs.
