1 cup bisquick
1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 to 2 teaspoons mrs. Dash origional
2 whole chickens cut up
Recipe
place first 3 ingredients into a large freezer bag and shake to mix
in dry mixture place 2 to 3 pieces of clean chicken and shake.
do this until all chicken is covered.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 until fully cooked.
if you want after cooking chicken you can boil a few pieces to make
excellent gravy even with the breading on it. It makes the gravy a
golden brown color. Yum is what my family said. Then you can pour
that over your stuffing.
