    2 eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 tsp baking powder

    lime, orange or lemon rind, grated

    Recipe



    preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Cream butter, and add sugar, flour,
    eggs, baking powder, and citrus rind.

    Beat all ingredients to a smooth batter.

    With a tablespoon drop the mixture on
    a buttered cookie sheet in drops the
    size of a silver dollar.

    Bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes.
