Petits Beurres (Butter Biscuits)

5 oz. butter, softened (10 T.)
3 oz. sugar (7 T.)
7 oz. (scant 1 1/2 cups ) flour
Zest 1 lemonRecipe
In food processor, quickly mix together butter, sugar, flour and lemon
zest
until soft dough forms. Shape into cylinder 4" in diameter. Wrap in
plastic
wrap and refrigerate overnight. Cut cylinder in 4 horizontal slices.
Place
slices on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minute
until
slices are slightly brown.
