    1 box yellow cake mix
    1/2 cup oil 1 egg
    1/4 cup water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1/2 cup chopped pecans or other nuts - optional

    Recipe



    Mix cake mix, oil, water, egg, and vanilla until well blended. Stir in
    chocolate chips (and nuts). Spread in two 9" cake pans, greased and
    bottom lined with waxed paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
    Makes
    two 9" cookies.

    You can also make it in one 9" x 13" pan.
