    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 c. oil
    2 large eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Cream together sugar, brown sugar, butter and oil. Add
    eggs and beat well. Add vanilla and beat. Sift dry ingredi-
    ents together and add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Form
    small balls and flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake 10
    to
    12 minutes in 350 degrees oven.
