    3-5 lb. boneless beef roast
    1 t. oregano
    1 t. chili powder
    1 t. onion salt and can add fresh onion, 1 medium chopped
    1 t. garlic salt and can use 1 1/2 t. minced garlic
    2 c. water or beef broth..more if big roast
    2 cubes beef bouillon

    Recipe



    Put roast in crock-pot and all seasonings on top. Then water or
    broth. Cook on high for 8 hours. After 6 hours, shred meat with folk
    and put back in pot. You do not have to shred..just leave whole. If
    you want to serve shredded for sandwichs...serve on hoagie buns with
    you favorite fries and serve sauce from meat to dip sandwich in. If
    leave whole, slice and pour sauce over meat.....ENJOY!!!!
