OLD FASHIONED CINNAMON OATMEAL

1 1/3 CUPS dry old fashioned rolled oats
2 1/2 CUPS water
dash of salt
before serving add:
1 teaspoon cinnamon
brown or white sugar to taste
raisins - optionalRecipe
Mix together cereal, water, and salt in
crock pot. Cook on low 6 hours.
Before serving add cinnamon, sugar and raisins or nuts.
Some fresh fruit would be nice.
Makes 5 servings.
