A spiced carrot pudding recipe, made in the crockpot.
List of Ingredients
4 large carrots, cooked and grated
1 small onion, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
Recipe
Mix together the cooked carrots, onion, salt, nutmeg, sugar, milk, and
beaten eggs. Pour into greased slow cooker; cover and cook on HIGH for
3
to 4 hours.
