Peanut Parfait Dessert

Recipe Introduction
This wonderful, rich dessert is perfect frozen, or simply chilled. Use
Favorite Brownies as the base, or make brownies from a mix. You can
also simplify
the recipe by making the brownies and then layering softened vanilla
ice cream
with the peanut butter/powdered sugar mixture.
List of Ingredients
13x9" pan of brownies
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2-1/2 cups milk
8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (6 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
Chopped peanuts
Grated milk chocolate
Recipe
In small bowl, combine powdered sugar and peanut butter until crumbly
and set
aside. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, whipped
topping and pudding mix; beat 2 minutes or until well blended.
Pour half of cream cheese mixture over cooled brown
ie base and spread evenly. Sprinkle with half of peanut butter mixture.
Repeat layers. Top with chopped peanuts and grated milk chocolate, if
desired.
Cover; refrigerate or freeze until serving time. 24 servings
