DUTCH APPLE DESSERT

5 apples, sliced
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup plus 2 tbs butter
1 1/2 cups biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325°. In bowl, combine apples, milk, and cinnamon. In
bowl,
cut 1/2 cup butter into 1 cup biscuit mix until crumbly. Stir in apple
mixture.
Pour into greased 9 inch square pan. In bowl, combine remaining biscuit
mix
and brown sugar, cut in 2 tbs butter until crumbly, add nuts. Sprinkle
over
apple mixture. Bake 1 hour or until golden. SERVE warm with ice cream.
