    (3 small eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 sq. unsweetened baking
    chocolate, melted
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger [OPTIONAL]
    shake of nutmeg

    Recipe




    Mix eggs, sugar, oil and chocolate. Add and mix milk,
    vanilla, flour, baking powder, salt, ginger and nutmeg.
    Drop batter with doughnut maker in 350 degrees hot fat.
    Brown doughnut on
    both sides and drain on absorbent paper
