    1 six ounce can tuna [do not drain]
    1 quart reconstituted instant powder milk
    3-4 tablespoons flour
    1 pound of peas or carrots and peas

    Recipe



    Blend flour and water ,bring to a boil over medium heat
    ,reduce to simmer ,stirring constantly.
    Once thickened and canned tuna and veggies,stir until
    cooked and serve over slit warm homemade biscuits.
    If less of a tuna flavor is wanted,drain tuna.
