Frozen Chocolate Banana Loaf

Recipe Introduction
Chocolate and banana are superbly blended in this cool and quick
dessert.
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (about 30 wafers)
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND®® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT
evaporated milk)
2/3 cup chocolate-flavored syrup
2 small ripe bananas, mashed (about 3/4 cup)
2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped (do not use
non-dairy whipped topping)
Recipe
Line 9x5-inch loaf pan with aluminum foil, extending foil
above sides of pan; butter foil.
Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press firmly on bottom and
halfway up sides of prepared pan.
In large bowl, combine EAGLE BRAND, syrup and bananas; mix
well. Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into prepared pan; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
To serve, remove from pan; peel off foil. Garnish as desired. Slice to
serve. Freeze leftovers.
