Fruit Sale Sorbet

List of Ingredients
1 pound fruit, fresh, frozen or canned
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
Recipe
Frozen Fruit: Thaw and puree. Meanwhile place water in microwave for 1
minute or until hot. Add sugar to hot water, mix until dissolved.
Place sugar/water mixture and lemon juice in blender. Blend all
together for 1 minute. Pour into a gallon sized freezer bag.
Fresh Fruit: Peel and pit (if required) and puree as above. Follow
directions for frozen fruit. Pour into a gallon sized freezer bag.
To Freeze: Seal, label and freeze.
To Serve: 20 minutes before serving, remove sorbet from freezer and
allow to soften at room temperature. Right before serving, place back
in blender. Puree for 3 minutes for a smooth texture.
Serves 6.
