Mexican Meat cups

List of Ingredients
1 package refrigerator rolls
1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can chili beans
1 pint salsa
1/4 cup water
1 cup shredded cheese
shredded lettuce
2 tomatoes, chopped
4 oz can sliced olives
Recipe
Roll each biscuit into a 4 inch circle. Turn muffin tin upside down
and
grease the bottom well. Fit each circle over the back of the muffin
cup. Bake
for 8-9 minutes at 400. Use a metal spatula to remove biscuits from
pan.
Brown meat and onion. Drain. Stir in beans, salsa, and water. Heat
to
boiling. Fill cups with meat and bean sauce. Top with cheese,
lettuce, and tomato.
