List of Ingredients
1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 large can Niblet corn
1 small can sliced black olives
1 small package egg noodles
1 tall can tomato juice
1 medium hunk of Longhorn/Colby cheese
Recipe
Brown and drain the chuck in a large kettle. Add drained corn and
drained
olives. Slightly crumble noodles. Add the meat mixture. Pour entire can
tomato juice over other ingredients and stir. Bring to a slight boil.
Simmer
until noodles are tender. Remove from heat. Cover with sliced
Longhorn/Colby
cheese. Cover with lid. Best if slightly "soupy" Noodles will continue
to
thicken casserole as it cooks. May be frozen, may be made ahead.
