Cheater's Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

16 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
30 ounces chocolate chip cookie dough -- 2 rolls ---

Recipe
Put cream cheese, sugar and egg in a mixer bowl. Beat until combined.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Take 1
roll of cookie dough out of the freezer. Slice into 1/2-inch slices
and line bottom of baking pan. Use the whole package on the bottom.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie dough. Take the second
roll of cookie dough out of the freezer and slice into 1/2-inch
pieces. Cover the cream cheese layer with the cookie slices. Use
broken pieces to fill in holes and cover the entire surface. Bake at
325 degrees F for 45 minutes. Use the jiggle test to check if it's
done. Also watch the edges to make sure they don't get too brown. Cool
completely.
To freeze: Cover pan with plastic wrap and foil. Seal, label and
freeze. Or cut into squares and freeze in rigid containers or freezer
bags. Or put each piece in a sandwich bag and place inside a freezer
bag. Seal, label and freeze.
