Cheeseburger & Fries Delight

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
onion salt, salt and pepper -- to taste
16 ounces french fries -- frozen
20 ounces cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese -- can us any kind of
cheese, if desired
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray an 8 x 8-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Put the raw lean ground beef in the pan, patting it to evenly cover
the bottom. Sprinkle the desired amount of onion salt, salt and pepper
on top of the hamburger. Dump the frozen French fries on top of the
meat. Pour the soup over the fires. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from the
oven and let cool.
Freezing: Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the cooled casserole, or
put the cheese in the freezer bag to added on serving day. Wrap the
cooled casserole in plastic wrap and then foil, or put it in a
one-gallon freezer bag. Seal, label and freeze.
To Serve: Thaw at least overnight in the refrigerator. Unwrap the
casserole, and if you haven't already, add the shredded cheese. Heat
in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, or until heated through.
