FREEZING MUFFIN BATTER

~ mix
up the
batter (Jiffy or otherwise) & pour into those little foil or paper cups
placed in the tins, stick them in the freezer for about two hours, pop
them
out of the tins & into a zippiebag, then stick them back into the
freezer
until we're ready for muffins for breakfast......bake them at the usual
temp
for about 5 minutes longer than normal time....they taste wonderful &
are
never dry like mine baked then frozen sometimes are.......
