I use the Jiffy mixes to make up big batches of waffles and freeze
them. Then on busy mornings we heat them up in the toaster. One Saturday
a month I make fresh waffles but I use 4-6 boxes of the mix and make a
bunch of extra to freeze. I cool them off on wax paper on the counter
first. If you put them in a freezer bag before they are completely
cool, they get soggy.
Hint: Don't brown them all them way, leave them a little light on the
outside and they won't get "overdone" in the toaster.
