Freezer Apple Turnovers

2 unbaked pie crusts
3 cups sliced apples
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Recipe
Make pie crust according to favorite recipe or use a store bought pie
crust. Roll out dough to 1/8 to 1/4-inch thickness.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, brown sugar and flour. Mix
well. Cut pie crust into 12 squares. Divide filling evenly among
squares. Use about 2 tablespoons filling per square. Fold over and
seal with a fork. Bake on a greased baking sheet 17 to 20 minutes or
until lightly browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered
sugar.
To Freeze: Allow turnovers to cool. Place in rigid storage bags, seal
and label.
To Serve: Thaw and eat.
