4 1/2 cups potato -- diced
3 cups onion -- chopped
3 cups water
6 cups consomme
3/4 pound cheddar cheese -- grated
1 1/2 cups cream
Recipe
Simmer potato, onion and water in covered kettle until vegetables are
tender,
about 10 minutes. Puree vegetables and blend in consomme, cheddar
cheese and cr
eam. Freeze in suitable portions for your family. Defrost and heat to
serve.
