    2 cups shredded cooked chicken
    1 cup chicken broth
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/3 cup salsa, medium to hot
    6 french or kaiser rolls
    3 cups shredded lettuce
    3 medium tomatoes, diced
    1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/3 cup nonfat sour cream

    Cook and shred chicken. Mince garlic cloves.

    In saucepan, boil chicken broth, garlic, oregano and cumin until
    reduced to 1/3 cup. Stir into shredded chicken with the salsa. Place
    in freezer bag. Seal and label.

    To serve: Thaw chicken mixture. Reheat until hot. Serve on rolls with
    lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream. Serves 6.
