Freezer Easy Chicken Casserole

List of Ingredients
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed OR 12 ounces cooked chicken
10 ounces cream of mushroom soup, condensed
10 ounces cream of chicken soup, condensed
6 ounces evaporated milk
8 ounces chow mein noodles
Recipe
Mix chicken, mushroom and chicken soups and milk together in 8-inch
ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.
Optional: You can add water chestnuts or canned mushrooms to casserole.
To Freeze: Let cool. Seal, label and freeze casserole in its 8-inch
casserole dish. Attach bag of chow mein noodles.
To Serve: Top casserole with chow mein noodles and reheat in a
microwave oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes on high or until heated
through. Noodles will soften slightly.
Serves 6.
