    Freezer Rosemary Beef Sandwiches

    5 pounds chuck roast
    2 teaspoons rosemary
    2 cloves garlic, minded
    2 onions, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup beef broth
    16 buns or hot rolls

    Recipe



    Trim fat from roast. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on
    low 8 hours.

    To Freeze: Remove beef from slow cooker. Allow to cool and then shred
    meat. Place shredded beef in rigid freezer containers or freezer bags.
    Seal, label and freeze.

    To Serve: Thaw and gently reheat in meat juices. Serve in buns or hot
    rolls.

    Makes 16 sandwiches
