Chicken Divan Crepes

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
3 cups cheddar cheese -- shredded
2 cups sour cream
20 ounces broccoli spears -- frozen
2 cups chicken -- cooked
12 crepes
Recipe
Over medium heat, melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in flour and
cook
until bubbly. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce; cook, stirring until
thickened. Add 2 cups cheese. Empty sour cream in medium bowl;
gradually
add hot cheese sauce, stirring constantly. In large shallow baking
dish,
place cooked broccoli and cooked chicken on each crepe. Spoon 1
tablespoon
sauce over each. Fold crepes over. Pour remaining sauce over all.
Sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese. Cover and heat in 350 degree
oven
for 20 to 30 minutes. (See "All Purpose Crepe Batter" in this section
for
instructions for crepes.) Makes filling for 12 crepes.
NOTES : I made these crepes for Barb's baby shower. God I was an
ambitious
hostess in those days. I probably had 20 guests and there I was at the
last
minute filling crepes so they would not get soggy. The sauce in this
recipe
is delicious and also very rich. No cholesterol counting for this
recipe if
you want to enjoy without guilt.
