Homemade Breakfast Sausage

List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 tsp. salt, OR NoSalt (salt substitute)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground sage
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 TB olive oil or vegetable oil
Recipe
Mix all ingredients well in bowl. Cover and chill overnight.
Form into patties.
Pan fry slowly until brown on each side.
Yield: 8 patties.
