    Pudding Mix
    4 cups nonfat dry milk
    2 2/3 cups sugar
    1 1/3 cups cornstarch
    1 cup cocoa
    1/2 teaspoon salt


    To Make Pudding
    1 cup pudding mix
    2 cups water or milk
    1 tablespoon butter
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Mix well. Store in tightly covered jar at room temperature. Stir before
    each
    use. Makes about 7 cups.

    To Make Pudding: Mix together, pudding mix and water. Bring to a boil,
    stirring constantly; boil 1 minute. Add butter and vanilla. Chill.
