    Chocolate Pudding Mix for Two

    1 1/2 cups cocoa
    2 1/2 cups flour
    3 cups sugar
    5 cups nonfat dry milk powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt -- optional
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Sift cocoa, flour, sugar, dry milk powder and salt together 3 times.
    Spoon
    lightly into glass jar. Do not pack. Store, tightly covered, in cool
    place.

    Pudding for Two: Combine 3/4 cup pudding mix with 2 cups water in
    saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat;
    stir
    in butter and vanilla. Cool.
