    1/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/8 teaspoon onion powder

    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until evenly distributed. Put
    mixture in foil packet or 1-pint glass jar. Label with date and
    contents.
    Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months. Makes about 5 tbsp
    FRENCH DRESSING MIX.

    French Dressing
    1 package French Dressing Mix -- (see recipe)
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup vinegar

    Combine ingredients in a glass jar. Shake until well-blended. Chill
    before serving. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.

    Sweet Italian Dressing: Increase sugar to 1/2 cup. Substitute 1 tbsp.
    celery seeds for paprika.
