    30 bread slices -- cut in 1/2" cubes
    2/3 cup cooking oil
    3 tablespoons dried minced onion
    3 tablespoons dried parsley
    2 teaspoons garlic salt
    3/4 teaspoon ground sage
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper

    Preheat oven to 300 F. Put bread cubes in two 13" x 9" baking pans.
    Toast bread cubes in oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove
    from oven and cool slightly. Stir in oil, onion, parsley, garlic salt,
    sage and seasoned pepper. Lightly toss bread cubes with seasonings to
    coat cubes. Put in a large airtight container. Label with date and
    contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 3 to 4 months.
    Makes
    about 12 cups HERBED STUFFING MIX.

    Supper Stuffing (Herbed Stuffing Mix)
    1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
    3/4 cup boiling water
    6 tablespoons butter or margarine
    1 onion -- finely chopped
    4 large celery stalks -- finely chopped
    7 cups Herbed Stuffing Mix -- (see recipe)
    Turkey or roasting chicken -- if desired

    Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Melt butter or margarine in a
    medium
    skillet. Saute onion and celery until crisp-tender. In a large bowl,
    combine Herbed Stuffing Mix, bouillon-water mixture and vegetables.
    Toss
    lightly. Use for stuffing turkey or chicken, if desired. Or preheat
    oven
    to 350 F and put mixture in lightly buttered casserole. Bake 30
    minutes,
    until heated through.
