    Recipe

    Best Chocolate Cookies

    2 cups Master Cookie Mix
    1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Combine cookie mix, brown sugar, egg and vanilla; stir in chocolate
chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto parchment lined
baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes or until
golden; cool on a wire rack. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

    Coconut Bites

    3 cups Master Cookie Mix
    2 eggs
    1 tablespoon lemon zest
    1 cup flaked coconut
    3/4 cup chopped pecans
    1/2 red candied cherries, chopped
    sugar for garnish

Combine cookie mix, eggs and lemon zest in a large bowl; stir in
coconut, pecans and cherries. Spread mixture in a well greased 9 x
13-inch baking pan. (I'd probably spray pan with nonstick cooking
spray). Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until center
springs back when lightly pressed. While warm, cut into squares and
sprinkle with sugar. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.

    Lemony Sugar Cookies

    4 cups Master Cookie Mix
    1 egg
    1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    sugar for garnish

    Combine cookie mix, egg, lemon zest and lemon juice in a large bowl;
mix well. Divide dough in half and shape each into a roll; wrap and
chill for one hour. Cut rolls into 1/8-inch slices and place on
parchment lined baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack. Makes 4 dozen.
