12 beef or onion bouillon cubes
4 cups fine, dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup dry nonfat milk
1/2 cup instant minced onion flakes
1/3 cup parsley flakes
1 tablespoon oregano or poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Crush bouillon cubes to make a powder. If your brand makes a 6-ounce
cup of bouillon use 16 cubes instead of 12. Thoroughly mix crushed
bouillon with all other ingredients. Store at room temperature in a
lidded jar labeled with directions. Stir mix before each use.
Makes 6 cups mix: enough for 4 meat loaves. Can also use this mix in
meatballs too.
