    3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/2 teaspoon orange zest (I'd use the dried orange zest although the
    recipe doesn't say this)
    1 teaspoon allspice
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    Cider
    1/4 cup mix
    1 cup apple juice
    1/4 cup water

    Recipe



    Mix: Combine mix ingredients and store in a labeled, airtight
    container.
    Cider: Combine mix, apple juice and water. Bring to a boil over medium
    heat, reduce het and simmer for 5 minutes. Serves 1.
