½ SMALL ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
¼ CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
1/3 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 TSP. EACH: ONION POWDER, GARLIC SALT, LAWRY'S SEASONING SALT &
PEPPER
½ TSP. EACH: ITALIAN SEASONING & MONTREAL STEAK SEASONING
1 TSP EACH: A1 STEAK SEASONING, CATSUP & MUSTARD
TOPPING:
2/3 CUP CATSUP
½ CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 ½ TSP. MUSTARD
Recipe
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400. SPRAY NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY ON A SMALL
RECTANGULAR CASSEROLE. MIX ALL MEATLOAF INGREDIENTS WELL. PUT INTO
CASSEROLE, & FORM A LOAF. MIX TOPPING INGREDIENTS & POUR OVER TOP &
SIDES OF MEATLOAF. BAKE 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE. LET REST 5-10
MINUTES BEFORE CUTTING.
**THIS MAKES A SMALL MEATLOAF. PERFECT FOR A FAMILY OF FOUR.
