    1 1/2 lb. ground round
    3/4 cup bread crumbs
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
    1 egg
    1 1/2 T. soy sauce
    Pepper
    1/4 cup catsup
    2 t. soy sauce

    Recipe



    Mix ground round, bread crumbs 1/2 of the mushroom soup, onion, egg,
    the 1
    1/2 T. soy sauce and pepper in large bowl. Mix just until blended.
    Shape
    mixture into an oval loaf. Put in 13 x 9" baking pan. Mix remaining
    mushroom
    soup, catsup and the 2 t. soy sauce in small bowl. Pour over meat loaf.
    Bake
    at 400 for 1 hour or until meatloaf is glazed. Serves 6
