CP Sweet And Sour Meatballs

List of Ingredients
Meatballs:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 t. salt
1 t. pepper
2 to 3 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
Sauce:
20 oz. can pineapple chunks, juice reserved
3 t. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. ketchup
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
Recipe
Combine all meatball ingredients. Shape into
60 meatballs. Brown in nonstick skillet, rolling
so all sides are browned. Place meatballs in
crock pot. Pour juice from pineapples into
skillet. Stir into drippings. combine cornstarch
and cold water. Add to skillet and stir until
thickened. Stir in ketchup and Worcestershire
sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic
salt. Add green peppers and pineapples. Pour
over meatballs. Cover; cook on low 6 hours.
Makes 6 to 8 main dish servings, or 20
appetizer servings.
