1 can Corned Beef
2 cups chopped or diced cooked potatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup milk
Recipe
Coarsely chop contents of can of Corned Beef and combine with
potatoes, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, and milk. Sauté in
butter or shortening until brown, turning once, or turn into a
buttered casserole and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree F.
oven.
Makes about 4 servings.
