    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1 cup milk
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons Worchester sauce or soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. black pepper

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Put in a loaf pan & bake at 350 F
    for 1 hour 15 minutes.
