Pound flour in round steak and salt. Cut in pieces. Brown. Add water.

2 1/2 to 3 hours. Add salt and pepper, garlic, bay leaf, onion and
gravy
master.
Mom never really measured anything. She just threw it all in and it
came out
tasting great. Her recipes were simple and delicious.
