    Yield: 12 servings

    List of Ingredients




    3-1/2 lb. lean hamburger
    2 eggs
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 small onion, finely diced
    1 small green pepper, finely diced
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1-1/2 cups beef broth or consomme
    1 TB salt
    1 TB black pepper
    1 TB garlic powder
    1 TB onion powder

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 350º F.

    Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.

    Place in a loaf pan and bake for 1-1/2 hours.
