Brown Sugar Glaze
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
Apricot Glaze
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 ounces apricot nectar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pineapple Glaze
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 1/2 ounces crushed pineapple, in syrup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Preparation: Brown Sugar Glaze: Mix brown sugar, mustard and vinegar.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
Apricot Glaze: Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger and salt in small
saucepan. Stir in apricot nectar and lemon juice. Cook over medium
heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and
stir 1 minute. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Pineapple Glaze: Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt in small
saucepan. Stir in crushed pineapple, lemon juice and mustard. Cook
over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and
boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
