Pork Chop Dinner

List of Ingredients
3 cups uncooked noodles
1 can (16 oz) tomatoes
1 t. salt
6 pork rib chops, cut 1/2" thick
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 t. dried thyme
Dash pepper
Recipe
Cook noodles in boiling salted water just until tender. Drain. Drain
tomatoes, reserving 3/4 cup juice. Quarter tomatoes. Stir into noodles
along
with 1/2 t. salt. Put noodles in 12 x 7" baking dish. Trim fat from
chops.
In skillet, cook trimmings until 2 T. fat accumulates. Discard fat;
brown
chops in hot fat. Arrange chops over noodles. Sprinkle with onion. In
small
pan, mix reserved tomato juice, bouillon cube, remaining salt, thyme
and
pepper. Cook and stir until bouillon cube is dissolved. Pour over
chops.
Cover. Bake at 350 until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6
