TNT Honey-Gingered Pork tenderloin

Recipe Introduction
Pork Tenderloin is one of our favorite meats and this is my absolute
favorite recipe for it. It marinates overnight or all day. I also use
it
as a dump recipe and freeze the tenderloin in the marinade, defrost,
then
grill.
List of Ingredients
2 (3/4 lb) pork tenderloins
¼ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce (I use lite)
¼ cup oyster sauce
2 TBSP brown sugar
4 tsp minced fresh gingerroot
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 TBSP catsup
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp ground red pepper
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Recipe
Place tenderloins in an 11x7 baking dish. Combine honey and next 9
ingredients, stirring well; pour over tenderloins. Cover and marinate
in
refrigerator 8 hours, turning occasionally. (Or, freeze in marinade
then
thaw.)
Remove tenderloins from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill
tenderloins
over medium-hot coals 25-35 minutes, turning often and basting with
reserv4ed marinade. Pork is done when meat thermometer inserted into
thickest portion of tenderloin registers 160 F.
To serve, slice tenderloins thinly, and arrange on a serving platter.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Easily serves 8 regular appetites. Great reheated.
