    4 pounds corned beef
    1 large head cabbage

    Recipe



    Cover meat with cold water and simmer 3 hours. Add Cabbage, cut
    into eighths, and cook until tender.

    Serves 8.

    I usually add some whole potatoes and carrots to this about 25
    minutes or so before adding the cabbage.
